| today is my last day to receive leads (info from prospects/students) from company, which means i don't need to sale from today...good that i don't have to be slamed on the phone from today...as i remember i don't have to take this type of the phone when i started working here and i will never have to worry about the quality of the leads, but thing changes, in average i received 20 leads a day, 40% of them "no such person", 20% of them "email only"(means u never able to contact them), 10% of them able reached but they are just made the registration online for fun/mistakes, 20% of them i will never contact them(may be don't want to pick up my phone or they knew i'm not looking for them), and the remain 10% is in real name real person and real registration...say 1 or 2 leads per day...but it doesn't mean u can sign them up...cuz u need to book apt with them, say 40% and 30% of them will show up and 50% of them will sign up(say i'm very good on sales)...so easy math, the contact i can sign up is 20 leads x 10% x 40% x 30% x 50% = 0.12 contact per day make it easiler for u guys, in a month, u will have 4 contacts roughly...including all the walkin or callins, um....say 9 contacts..(which is very good already nowaday!) how much will i get if i have 9 contacts, around $12300 a month...say i was very "Lucky" and hard working that month, say $14000 a month... $14000 a month, i don't think i have any problem to get a job with this salary...not a problem! by the way i forgot to tell u....the managers are looking for 25 contacts per consultant per month...don't give me a shit like this! 2 years ago, May of 2005, each consultant converted 45 contacts; in May 2006, each consultant converted 20 contacts.....what do u think about May 2007?? |
